Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)
Master of Applied Psychology (Professional)

I am a registered psychologist with a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy. I provide compassionate, evidence-based support to adults across a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, eating and body image concerns, parenting and postpartum adjustment, chronic illness, self-esteem and identity, and sexual wellbeing.

My therapeutic style is warm and grounded in empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe enough to come as you are, without pressure, judgement, or expectation. At the centre of my work is curiosity and understanding. I am interested not only in what is happening for you, but why. I listen closely and help you better understand yourself and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

I am particularly interested in the ways attachment, trauma, and stress shape our relationships, sense of self, and quality of life. I see psychological difficulties not as problems to be fixed, but patterns that developed as a protective response to something deeper.

I pay close attention to both the body and mind, supporting you to process difficult emotions, develop greater self-awareness, and regulate your nervous system. Beyond building understanding, I work alongside you to integrate insight into action and develop practical skills and resilience to overcome life’s challenges.

My work is informed by evidence-based frameworks including interpersonal therapy, compassion-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, and ACT.  My therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to your individual needs, values, and goals.

I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship begins with feeling seen, respected, and understood. My practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, culturally safe, and trauma-informed.

Sometimes life feels overwhelming. Whatever has brought you here, therapy offers a space to connect the dots and create meaningful change.

If you’re looking for a psychologist who will work with you to understand what’s beneath the surface, I’d be honoured to be part of that journey.
